The Ado Central Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has partnered with a renowned developer, Metro Shelters Realty Limited, to reconstruct the Tosin Aluko Park along Ado/Ikere Road into an ultra-modern mixed-use complex.
The project, which is expected to be completed within 18 months, will feature residential and commercial units, green and public spaces, a well-designed network of roads, and a shopping mall.
According to the Chairman of Ado LCDA, Mr. Toyin Ojo, the project aims to improve the aesthetic value of the state capital and transform it into a world-class city. Upon completion, the complex will serve as a flagship for the city, creating a conducive environment for trading and contributing to economic development.
The project has received the express approval of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, who has provided necessary backing for its smooth takeoff. The developer has promised to deliver a standard project that will stand the test of time.
