The Secretary to Ekiti State Government, Prof. Habibat Adubiaro, recently joined fellow Secretaries to State Governments in celebrating Dr. Folashade Ayoade, Secretary to the Kogi State Government, as she was conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title of Yeyeoba of Mopa Kingdom.
