Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State yesterday paid a heartfelt condolence visit to the family of the late Chief Akin Oluwadare, a renowned politician and former Chairman of Ekiti West Local Government, at their residence in Aramoko Ekiti. Chief Oluwadare passed away last Wednesday, leaving behind a legacy and a bereaved family.

Upon arrival, Governor Oyebanji was warmly received by the deceased’s widow, Mrs. Jumoke Akin-Oluwadare, his siblings, including Mrs. Oluboye Edun, Akin Oluwadare Jnr, Olawole Adesina, and Olayemi Obalaja, as well as prominent party and community leaders.

During the visit, Governor Oyebanji condoled with the family, urging them to find solace in the knowledge that everything possible was done to provide the late Chief Oluwadare with the best medical attention. He emphasized that despite the efforts, God’s will ultimately prevailed, and the family should take comfort in the memories of their loved one.

The Governor’s gesture underscores his commitment to showing respect and compassion to the people of Ekiti State, particularly in times of grief.
