The National Association of Patent and Proprietary Medicine Dealers (NAPPMED), Ekiti State chapter, has officially endorsed Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s bid for a second term in office. The endorsement was made at a gathering held at the Fajuyi Pavilion in Ado-Ekiti, which drew representatives from all 16 Local Government Areas of the state.
The NAPPMED members showed their unity and support for the governor by embarking on a solidarity walk from the pavilion to the Governor’s Office, singing songs in praise of Governor Oyebanji and calling for his continued leadership. The event was attended by prominent dignitaries, including Hon. Trade Aluko and several All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders, who urged members and the public to rally behind the governor’s re-election bid.
The leaders highlighted Governor Oyebanji’s achievements in healthcare reform, grassroots development, and support for small-scale businesses, describing him as a responsive and people-oriented leader. This endorsement marks another milestone in the growing grassroots support for Governor Oyebanji’s second term ambition as the 2026 gubernatorial election approaches.
