The Ekiti State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ijero-Ekiti, has introduced a new measure to ensure the integrity of its examinations by installing CCTV cameras in designated examination halls within the college premises. This move is aimed at promoting a culture of discipline, diligence, and hard work among students.
The Chairman of the College’s Governing Council, Dr. Femi Thomas, emphasized the institution’s commitment to improving academic standards and producing qualified middle-level health service providers who can compete globally with their peers. He noted that the introduction of CCTV cameras is a step in the right direction to ensure that students adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity.

Dr. Thomas, accompanied by a Council member, Hon. Samuel Aina, and the institution’s Principal Officers, assessed the conduct of the second semester examinations and expressed satisfaction with the measures put in place to ensure the integrity of the examination process.
