Chief Sunday Adeniyi Adeyemo, famously known as Sunday Igboho, the well-known self-determination activist and philanthropist, is set to visit Ekiti State.
Nicknamed after his hometown, Sunday Igboho gained prominence through his active role in the Modakeke-Ife communal crisis back in 1997 and is renowned for his advocacy for an independent Yoruba Nation.
The news broke out on Sunday, August 17, and was confirmed by one of his close associates, Baba Ekiti Gbode.
His anticipated visit has already created a buzz across Ekiti, with many eager to see the influential figure.Β
