In a show of strong support for Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s re-election bid, Ekiti State Local Government workers have collectively donated N10 million.
The sizeable cheque was handed over by the Permanent Secretary of the Local Government Service Commission alongside the chairman of NULGE in Ekiti, with representatives from all Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas present.
This gesture highlights the local government workforce’s backing of the governor’s leadership ahead of the upcoming elections.
