EKSU Alumni Association Invites Members to Global Convention & Prestigious Hall of Fame Event

The EKSU Alumni Association is set to host its highly anticipated 12th Global Convention and Investiture of the Alumni Hall of Fame on Saturday, 1st November 2025, at the Ekiti State University Auditorium. Under the inspiring theme “Beyond the Walls; Building Digital Bridges for Impact,” the event promises to be an exhilarating occasion designed to connect graduates and friends of the association from around the world.

Ambassador Seyi Idowu, the Global President of the EKSU Alumni Association, on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the Global Executive Council, warmly extended invitations to all alumni and supporters, highlighting the event as a valuable opportunity for participation, networking, and engagement, especially for those intending to contest for positions within the association in the future.

The gathering will feature prominent personalities including the Grand Patron of the association and Governor of Ekiti State, H.E. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji; Distinguished Guest of Honour, Sen. Dr. Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, CON; Special Guest of Honour and EKSU Chancellor, Dr. Olatunji Olowolafe; and the convention lecturer, Dr. Vincent Olatunji, CEO of the National Data Protection Agency. The royal presence of Oba Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe OON, Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, will add grandeur to the event, alongside EKSU’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Joseph Ayodele.
