The Nigerian Air Force has opened applications for its Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 46/2025. Qualified Nigerian youths can apply online for free between October 14 and November 25, 2025.
REQUIREMENTS
Age: 18-22 years for non-tradesmen, 18-27 years for tradesmen
Citizenship: Nigerian citizen
Education: Minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language
Fitness: Meet medical, physical, and psychological fitness standards
ABOUT THE BASIC MILITARY TRAINING COURSE
The BMTC is a short-term training program designed to equip recruits with the skills and knowledge needed to become Airmen and Airwomen. The course duration is typically 6 months and is open to individuals with various qualifications, including:
– Secondary School Certificate
– National Diploma certificate
– NABTEB
– RN/RM/NCE
– City & Guild Certificate
– Trade Test Certificate
