(b) Evidence of at least twenty-five (25) scholarly publications in both local and international reputable journals, plus evidence of acceptance for publication;
(c) Postgraduate supervision at the Ph.D./Master’s level; and
(d) Evidence of academic leadership positions.
(ii) Reader/Reader Librarian (CONUASS 6)
(a) A Ph.D. holder with a minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at University level;
(b) Evidence of at least eighteen (18) scholarly publications in both local and international reputable journals, plus evidence of acceptance for publication;
(c) Postgraduate supervision at the Ph.D./Master’s level; and
(d) Evidence of academic leadership positions.
(iii) Senior Lecturer/Senior Librarian (CONUASS 5)
(a) A Ph.D. holder with at least six (6) years’ teaching experience at University level;
(b) Evidence of at least ten (10) scholarly publications in both local and international reputable journals, plus evidence of acceptance for publication;
(c) Supervision of postgraduate, projects/dissertations at Master’s level; and
(d) Evidence of academic leadership positions.
(iv) Lecturer I/Librarian I (CONUASS 4)
(a) A Ph.D. or its equivalent, holders who has been Lecturer II/Librarian II in the University system for three (3) years, plus evidence of scholarly publications as in
(iii) above.
(v) Lecturer II/Librarian II (CONUASS 3)
A holder of a Ph.D. or its equivalent recognized by Federal Universities, with teaching ability for three years, in addition to admissible publications totaling not less than five (5) (for M.Sc. and Ten (10) papers for Ph.D. citation index is now on Google Scholar/Research Gate/Arpans/Etc.A holder of LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Lower Division plus BL; or LL.M.; M.A or relevant M.SEN; D. Eng, B. Eng. (Hons), M.Sc., requires PhD. M.Sc. M. Tech for staff of Clinical Degree who does not possess the full professional qualification in the basic sciences with at least a qualified Master’s may take on Google Scholar or Research Gate which will contain at least ten (10) papers.

A holder of a Master Degree of Federal University Oye-Ekiti in any other recognized Institution.Holders of LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division in addition to B.L. or holders of LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division plus evidence of call to Bar.Holders of B. (b) Graduate Assistant/Graduate Librarian
A good honors degree of Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other recognized Institution at preferable not below Second-Class Upper Division including NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption Certificate/Exclusion Certificate.This is a training post for Graduate Assistant/Graduate Librarian.
A Graduate Assistant/Graduate Librarian should pursue a higher Academic Degree. Failure to obtain a Master’s Degree within the period of three (3) years of employment shall be criteria for the staff member.
