Former ASUU EKSU Chairman, Prof. Olu Olufayo Dies following a Fatal Accident in Ado Ekiti

Professor Olu Olufayo, the former Chairman of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) at EKSU, has reportedly passed away following a fatal accident in the Spotless area of GRA, Ado Ekiti.

The cause of the accident has not yet been determined at the time of this report, as it was however confirmed that the victim did not survive the accident.

This incident has sparked significant concern regarding the importance of providing first aid to accident victims rather than focusing on recording videos of the scene.

Members from various educational sectors have however extended their condolences to the family of the deceased.
