The Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences (FUTES), Iyin Ekiti, has received a significant boost as it begins operations. The Senate Leader, Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, has generously donated two coaster buses, one Toyota Hilux, two tricycles, and two dispatch motorcycles to the university. This donation aims to facilitate smooth, safe, and convenient movement for the administrative team as the institution embarks on its academic journey.
The vehicles were handed over to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Aribisala, in the presence of distinguished guests, including the Oluyin of Iyin Ekiti, Oba Adeola Adeniyi Ajakaiye, Chairman of the university’s governing council, Senator Binta Garba, and other dignitaries. This gesture underscores Senator Bamidele’s commitment to supporting education and development in Ekiti State. With these vehicles, FUTES is better equipped to achieve its goals and provide quality education to its students.
