The Civil Society Council of Liberia’s River Cess Chapter is mourning the loss of its Chairperson, Mr. Samuel Outland, who passed away this morning after a brief illness.
Known for his bold advocacy and unwavering commitment to critical social issues, Mr. Outland also led the People Living with Disabilities in River Cess County and was a former classroom teacher.
His legacy of courage and service will be deeply missed by the community he passionately served.
