JDPI, NUJ set to present performance report of lawmakers representing  Ekiti North Senatorial District

Authorities of the Justice Development and Peace Initiative and the Nigeria Union of Journalists will on Tuesday, 2nd of September, 2025 present the report of an independent survey conducted to ascertain the performance of the three lawmakers representing Ekiti North Senatorial District at the National Assembly.

This is coming barely two weeks after the report of the Ekiti Central was released where both House of Reps members performed poorly.

The lawmakers are Senator Cyril Fasuyi, Hon. Akin Rotimi and Hon. Akinlayo Kolawole.

The survey tagged Citizen’s Watch focuses on the performance of the lawmakers in the areas of engagement with constituents, accessibility, sponsored bills, projects delivered and education of constituents on government programmes and policies.

The exercise will take place at the NUJ secretariat, Old Governor’s Office, Ado Ekiti by 10am.

All stakeholders are hereby invited to attend the programme.
