Ekiti United prepares to reclaim glory in the 2025/26 Nigeria National League after being drawn into Conference B alongside nine competitive sides, including Akwa United, Solution FC, and Osun United.

Returning to the league following last season’s setback in the Nationwide League One, Ekiti United will kick off their campaign on November 15 with a much-anticipated Southwest derby against Stormers FC at the fully upgraded Oluyemi Kayode Stadium.

The newly installed AstroTurf and refreshed stands promise a vibrant home atmosphere, sparing the club the disruption of relocating home games that hampered their previous season.

The team has strengthened its squad through open screenings aimed at securing only the most prepared players. This season also marks a key change in format, with the winners of four conferences earning automatic promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League, and a subsequent Super Four playoff to determine the overall league champion.
