HR & Admin Manager
Lead human capital and administration functions to ensure a high-performance, values-driven workplace.
Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, employee engagement, office operations, procurement, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and governance.
Supervision of administrative staff and coordination of meeting/event logistics is required.
Location: NBCC Plaza, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Requirements: 5–7 years’ experience in HR/admin management (preferably corporate, membership-based, or development sector), degree in HR, Business Admin or Industrial Relations, with HR certifications like CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD preferred.

Communications Manager
Responsible for leading branding, media, and PR strategy to position NBCC as Nigeria–UK’s leading bilateral business network.
Duties include enhancing stakeholder engagement, amplifying visibility, managing brand consistency, content development, and producing the quarterly Network Magazine.
Location: NBCC Plaza, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Requirements: 5–7 years’ experience in corporate communications, PR or brand management; strong writing, media relations, and digital skills; degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Journalism (certifications a plus).
