The Ekiti State Government, owners of Ekiti United Football Club, is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Coach Idris Bolarinwa as the substantive Head Coach of Ekiti United FC ahead of the upcoming Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
This bold step by the state government is aimed at strengthening the team’s technical capacity and ensuring that Ekiti United FC competes favorably with other clubs in the NNL. Coach Bolarinwa’s appointment follows a rigorous selection process, which included extensive deliberations and interviews with several qualified applicants.
The state government expressed confidence that under his leadership, Ekiti United FC will excel and deliver impressive performances in the new season, given his vast knowledge and experience in Nigerian football.
Speaking on the appointment, the Technical Advisor to the Ekiti State Government on Sports Development, Dr. Mrs. Olusola Osetoba, commended the choice of Coach Bolarinwa.
She expressed confidence that he will not disappoint the good people of Ekiti State and the passionate supporters of Ekiti United FC.
In his acceptance speech, Coach Idris Bolarinwa appreciated the Ekiti State Government for the opportunity and assured the people of the state and fans of Ekiti United FC of his utmost commitment will also promising to give nothing but the best in leading the team to success.
